Siti Nurhaliza was born on the 11th January 1979, in Kampung Awah in Temerloh, Pahang. She is the third of seven siblings in her family (or, if counting a sibling who died after birth, she would be the fourth of eight siblings).
Siti Nurhaliza or sometimes affectionately shortened to Siti or CT by her ardent fans, was born to Tarudin bin Ismail and Siti Salmah binti Bachik at the police barrack of Kampung Awah, Temerloh. She was received into this world by the Kampung Awah goverment clinic midwife, Selamah binti Bidin.
Her family moved to Kuala Lipis when she was a small child following her father's job transfer, and the family has been living there ever since. Her family residence is located at Taman Permata in Sungai Kerpan, Kuala Lipis, Pahang.

And for her contributions to the arts and culture of the state of Pahang, Siti Nurhaliza was conferred with the Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP) award, which carries the title of Datuk, from HRH the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah, on the 24th of October, 2006.
This conferment was in conjunction with the 76th birthday of HRH the Sultan.
So it's "Datuk Siti Nurhaliza" from that date onwards.Siti oh siti.. These are the best song i think from Siti. I love to hear them over and over again..
